What’s up CEOs!
There are two common types of car dealers— retailers and wholesalers. While both sell vehicles, there are distinct differences between them. In this blog post, we'll identify the differences between retailer and wholesaler car dealers, shedding light on their unique characteristics and helping you make an informed decision if you are for a wholesaler type or a retailer one.
A retail car dealer is a dealership that sells vehicles directly to the end consumer.
These dealerships usually have a location where customers can explore various car models, take test drives, and ultimately purchase a vehicle.
A wholesale car dealer, operates differently from a retailer. These dealerships primarily focus on buying and selling vehicles in bulk, typically to other dealerships, independent car lots, or auto auctions. Wholesaler car dealers do not generally sell directly to individual consumers.
